We are committed to the safety and security for all our members and guests.

Below you can find out more about our safety protocols.

  • How do you protect the children in Children's Ministry?

    Basic Guidelines

    • There shall always be at least two adult volunteers present at any time in our classes.
    • Classroom doors are left open during any classes or programs with few exceptions.
    • Children released from classes or programs only to individuals who checked them in.
    • Child abuse prevention education and training is provided on a regular basis for staff and volunteers.

In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we will send you a text message and a volunteer will escort you to your child.

In Children's Ministry, safety is one of our highest priorities. That's why we have a secure check-in system at every location. Upon check-in, you'll receive matching identification stickers. Your child will need to wear their name tag sticker and you will need to keep the matching tag. After the service, you'll show the Children's Ministry leader your matching tag in order for your child to be released from their room.

  • How do you vet children's ministry volunteers?

Every Children's Ministry volunteer leader is screened, participates in a background check, and receives appropriate training from our leadership. Additionally, our hallways are monitored by background-checked security during each service to make sure your child stays safe and secure.

  • How you do you keep people safe at services?

We have an emergency response team to help address emergencies as they come up.

  • How can I bring up a concern or question to church leadership?

We want to be a safe place to ask questions and find answers.  We realize sometime there may be concerns or issues that need to be addressed.  Please CLICK HERE to ask a question.

  • Safe 2 Tell - Report Abuse
