We look forward to seeing you at the marriage retreat this weekend!!

Our program will begin at 10 AM at the The Village at Breckenridge, Elevation Room.

NOTE: WE WILL HAVE A DELAYED START DUE TO SNOW.

We will have a few cars shuttling people from the doubletree to the Village meeting rooms.  If you are unable to walk, please cue up in the roundabout at the double tree starting at 10:15AM


A SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT PARKING:  The Double Tree standard rate is $45 a night and the group has a negotiated rate of $20 a night. Due to staffing shortages, it is self parking, no valet.  There is no parking at the Village at Breckenridge, where our meeting space is, as they’re owned privately by homeowners and managed by an HOA, there are not passes available for parking at the Village at Breckenridge.  Alternatively, The City of Breckenridge has $10 overnight parking in the Airport lot. There is a free shuttle from the airport lot to the Village at Breckenridge and the Double Tree. Please see this link for more information: https://www.breckpark.com/overnight-parking   


Saturday Schedule (UPDATED DUE TO SNOW)

  • (new times) 10:30 AM Coffee, Tea & Fellowship.  Be sure to stop by our Photo Booth
  • There are comfy couches and several lounge areas if you want to head over and relax.
  • 11AM Program begins with videos, a fun game, door prizes and a general session on having crucial conversations in marriage. 
  • 1:00-3:00 Lunch Break. Click HERE for some dining ideas.
  • 3:30-5PM Break Out Sessions, class details can be found below.

5PM Evening Free.  

7PM We will have a scavenger hunt for those who want to participate.  

There will be a QR code with an online app to participate.  You can particpate between 7-9PM Saturday.

Spring:  Forest Room

Asare and Jodie Nkansah, Caleb and Shelby Downs;  

The spring season of marriage is a time of growth, new beginnings, and hope. Couples in this season may have overcome challenges and are now experiencing a renewed sense of joy and optimism. They are able to appreciate the beauty in their relationship and work towards strengthening their connection. (Suggested for married 1-6 Years)

Summer:  Aspen / Blue Spruce

Dustin and Kathryn Peckman; 

The summer season of marriage is a time of warmth, abundance, and joy. Couples in this season have developed a deep sense of trust and commitment to one another. They enjoy spending time together and find pleasure in each other's company. This season is about celebrating the love that has blossomed between them. (Suggested for married 5-15 years)

Fall:  Elevation (main Room)

Andre and Anita Pearson / Jeff and Lori Mannel;

The fall season of marriage is a time of maturity, wisdom, and grace. Couples in this season have weathered many storms together and have developed a deep understanding and appreciation for one another. They are able to navigate the challenges of life with ease, and find comfort and solace in each other's presence. This season is about cherishing the love that has sustained them through the years. ( Suggested for those married 10-25 years)

WInterTarn

Mark and Terri Priday / Mel and Jennie Schulman; 

In this season, couples have been married for a longer period of time, and have learned to navigate the challenges that come with being together for a while. This season is a time of introspection, reflection, and renewal. Couples in the winter of their marriage can deepen their connection by taking time to reflect on their shared experiences and the lessons they have learned together. ( Suggested those married for 20+ years)

Sunday Schedule

  • 10 AM Coffee and pastries at the Village at Breckenridge,  Elevation Room.
  • 10:30-12 Church Service Begins, at the Village at Breckenridge,  Elevation Room.
