In the wake of Hurricane Harvey’s landfall two weeks ago in Texas and Louisiana, Hurricane Irma is now bearing down on Florida.  Just like in meteorology, where hurricanes comes in various categories, or strengths, hurricanes in our life come in various strengths and sizes, as well.  Some are more simple and easier to recover from, while others are catastrophic, leading us to feel we may never recover.

Regardless of the category of your hurricane, its your hurricane.  And in the moment you are in it, even if its just a category 1, it can feel like a category 5 storm.  So, what do you do after you’ve received a major body blow to your life?  What do you do when your life falls apart?  How do you find the strength to go on in the midst of your hurricane? That’s a great question - and the topic of our lesson today.
