9-11 Service Event Sound the Alarm

=============================================================================Dear HOPE Volunteers:
The Denver Chapter of HOPE worldwide is partnering with the American Red Cross for our 9/11 Day of Service!   We would like every HOPE volunteer who is available to sign-up for the Red Cross "Sound the Alarm" Campaign.  This is a nation-wide campaign to install smoke alarms in homes of "high risk" neighborhoods.  The Red Cross has already identified families who would like smoke alarms installed in their homes.  This 3-year campaign has already saved 235 lives.  With help from HOPE worldwide the Red Cross hopes to install it's 1,000,000th smoke alarm this year.  Volunteering makes you part of something special!
